Course deposit is non-refundable. Exception: In the event that the course is cancelled or must be rescheduled by Dreamwinds, participants can choose to receive a full refund of their deposit or select an alternative course date.

Custom Events
Payment is due on the day of the event.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event will be invoiced 50% of the event value.
